Infrastructure Support Manager

Skill:

• Candidate should be an Engineering graduate or Masters in Computer application
• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure project management preferably in BFSI setup.
• Candidate should have managed an infrastructure setup and maintenance and should have an understanding of servers, storages, database and middleware technologies.
• Candidate should be able to manage services through OEMs

Job Description:

• Planning, organizing, directing and managing the day-to-day infrastructure activities of the project.
• Analysis of the incidents and problem management and taking the corrective actions for the permanent solution.
• Recording and managing project issues and getting it addressed in coordination with the vendors and other infrastructure teams of the bank.
• Preparing weekly and monthly dashboards and review reports for submitting the same to Senior Management and to the customer.
• Monthly team meets to understand challenges faced by team on a daily basis and provide the solution.
• Preparing and executing the HA and DR in coordination with Bank.
• Ensure that all the systems are in HA mode at all the times as per the requirements from the bank.
• Ensure that all the application and databases are in sync at the DR sites at all times
• Ensure that the infrastructure at all the DCs are UP and running without any component failure
• Ensure that all the changes done in the configurations of systems and networks are replicated at all the DCs
• Monitor and review that the infrastructure resources utilization does not exceed defined thresholds.
• Monitor and review the databases and application parameters of the production systems are reviewed at defined intervals and actions are taken based on the review .
• Monitor & review capacity management of the infrastructure and advise the management on the infrastructure requirements.
• Enable the UAT setups for the new projects and new CRs deployment.
• Ensure that all the defined processes of Production releases are followed by the team
• Identify, manage and mitigate project risks.
• Preparing and sharing the status reports of the project to Intellect and Bank management .
