Infrastructure Lead (L2) Non-cloud

Skill:

• Candidate should be an engineering graduate or Masters in Computer application
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the respective domains of database, middleware, Operating systems, storages etc.
• A certification in the respective area of expertise would be desirable.

Job Description:

• Review of infrastructure checklists of different components of database, networks, EMS, system and Operations checklist.
• Review and execute the plan of actions(POA) for major planned activities.
• Analyze and resolve the L2 issues in the areas of Databases, systems, network and middleware technologies.
• Liaise with the infrastructure service provider for the support required from them for resolution of the issue.
• Manage the infrastructure L1 support team members supporting the project on 24×7 basis.
• Incident and Problem management of the non-cloud components.
• Review the performance of the infrastructure components.
• Capacity management of the infrastructure in the respective area.
